We are excited to see everyone tonight!
We had a few questions from people that I wanted to address here:
- Dress Code – it is casual dress
- Where do we get on the train? – HERE AT MARKET STREET. Just come in the main entrance of MSC. We will embark on the train from the back of the building. It will go to Thomaston, where everyone can get off and walk around, then return to Market Street.
- What time do we leave? – 6:30 PM. The train will be here at 5 pm, so we can set up. If you plan to get here by 6 pm, we should be good.
- How long is the ride? – We are planning for 2-2 1/2 hours
- Will there be food? – Kaylan’s Kitchen will be providing Hors D’ourves on the train.
- Will there be drinks? – We will provide soda and water at no charge. Norbrook Brewery will have a cash bar with beer, wine, and hard Cider. I believe they will have non-alcoholic options as well.
- Can you walk between train cars? – YES. Food and drinks will be in one car, but with almost 200 people coming, we will need several cars for seating.
- Are there bathrooms on the train? – YES
- Are there any tickets left? – YES, just sign up on the website under the EVENTS menu option.
- Is there a cost for anything? – NO, we are covering everything. The only cost would be beer and wine, which you can pay for directly with Norbook on the train
Additionally, we are happy to have Torringon’s Mayor, Molly Spino, and her husband joining us, as well as William Wallach, our Economic Development Director, and his family on the train. So it will give you an opportunity to talk to them about our city, and they are excited to talk to all of you, as they could not be more impressed with everything that we have all accomplished here at Market Street Creatives.
