Spring Fling update! Saturday, June 6! 10-5
We will need help! Please consider volunteering to help us with the raffle or get ready for it…. It’s a scavenger hunt!
How it will work. Everyone will get a scavenger-hunt list and a mini-golf pencil when they come in. There will be approximately 20-25 items to find in room one and room two. Everything will be clearly visible, and they will not need to rummage through the booths. Which is why we need at least six volunteers to be on scavenger hunt patrol that day, making sure people are not rummaging through vendors’ booths. Maybe three volunteers in the morning, three volunteers in the afternoon.
Second, we need some donations for the scavenger hunt prizes. I’m figuring on making 100 small clear bags, each with a few items. Corey from Kaylan’s Kitchen has volunteered to make 100 cookies or brownies. Thank you! Does anybody have anything small that they can donate? Anything is appreciated, and all the bags do not need to be identical. Keychains, stickers, I’m open to ideas. We will also have Market Street creative pens.

Obviously, when we are out of prizes, we’re out. They could still do the scavenger hunt for fun. I’m thinking mostly kids will be doing this, but we’ll see. 
Instead of doing all the individual bags in the creator space with individual raffles, we’re going to do one big raffle basket. So we are looking for donations from vendors to put in the basket. And it’s not a free giveaway. When someone purchases an item, they will receive a raffle ticket. If they buy three items, they get three entries. Etc
And the cashiers will be very busy, so I need a volunteer at each register to hand out the raffle tickets, please. They will write their name and number, and drop it in the basket on their way out.

For new vendors, these events are very big. It draws hundreds of people into the marketplace, and we definitely need some help. It’s a fun, crazy day! We’d love to have participation from our vendors.
Also, we will have new vendor name tag lanyards to wear so everyone knows you’re a vendor!
