Some exciting news to share with all of you about a new project I’ve been working on…
Starting next week, we will officially be launching Market Street Radio throughout the building.
We are moving away from traditional radio station music and replacing it with a professionally curated music system designed specifically for the MSC experience — with one major added feature:
Vendor Radio Ads.
Every vendor at Market Street Creatives will have the opportunity to receive a professionally produced 15-second radio commercial — complete with music and voiceover — absolutely FREE OF CHARGE.
The system allows us to run an ad after every song, meaning vendor ads will rotate throughout the day and play multiple times as customers shop, attend classes, workshops, and events.
The overall system sounds incredibly professional. Honestly, if I didn’t tell you it was custom-built for MSC, you would think you were listening to a real commercial radio station.
Even better — the ads we create for you are yours to keep and use however you’d like, including on your social media, website, or other marketing.
Want A longer ad?
If a 15-second ad is not long enough, then you can run up to a 30-second ad, but there will be a $35 per month charge for that, due to the fact that we are charged more for longer ads, so this is a direct pass-through should you want a longer ad for your business.
What Do We Need From You?
All we need is your ad copy.
This can simply be 1–3 sentences describing your business, products, and where customers can find you in MSC.
There is no charge for the ad production, but if we do not receive ad copy from you (or an email asking for help), we won’t be able to create an ad for your business.
I would love to have every vendor represented on Market Street Radio, but I simply don’t have the ability to write ad copy for over 200 businesses — and nobody knows your business better than you do.
Need Help Writing Your Ad?
If writing isn’t your thing, you can use this simple ChatGPT prompt:
“I need copy for a 15-second radio advertisement for my business, (business name). We specialize in selling (describe your products). I would like an engaging and expressive ad. Also, direct people to my spot (your booth number).”
You can use ChatGPT for free if you sign up.
Once your copy is ready, email it to:

I will process it, generate the ad, and send it back to you for approval before it goes live.
Additionally, if you would prefer to produce your own commercial, you can simply send me the audio file, and I can run it directly through the system.
We made a considerable investment in this platform because we want our vendors to have every possible opportunity to connect with customers while they are inside MSC.
