As Market Street Creatives continues to grow, we are always looking for ways to improve our systems and make things run more efficiently for everyone.
Effective November 1, we will no longer be accepting Venmo for monthly rent payments.
Going forward, rent payments can be made using any of the following methods:
- ACH / Bank Transfer — Pay directly through the QuickBooks invoice emailed to you each month.
- Check — Checks can continue to be submitted to Market Street Creatives.
- Cash — Cash payments will continue to be accepted.
For those who have been using Venmo, we encourage you to use the ACH option directly through your QuickBooks invoice. This allows your payment to be applied directly to your invoice and keeps the entire transaction within our accounting system.
With more than 235 small businesses now part of Market Street Creatives, processing monthly rent and keeping everyone’s accounts accurate has become a significant undertaking. We are doing our best to service each and every business owner as efficiently and accurately as possible, and one of the ways we can accomplish that is by streamlining our accounting processes.
Moving our billing and payments into QuickBooks will reduce manual entry, improve payment tracking, help prevent errors, and allow our team to spend less time reconciling multiple payment systems each month.
Please continue using your current payment method through October. This change will take effect November 1.
