Vendor Connect (“we,” “us,” “our”) is operated by Market Street Creatives, LLC. We use the app to share announcements, articles, reminders, and discussions with our approved vendor community. What this policy covers
This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, your rights and choices, and how to reach us.
Information we collect
- Account & profile details (name, business name, email, phone, optional profile fields) and vendor verification fields (e.g., booth number, rent plan, status).
- Content you submit, including comments, questions, attachments, and feedback.
- App activity & device data (articles viewed, buttons tapped, device type/OS, app version, region, crash/diagnostic logs).
- Notifications data (your device push token so we can deliver alerts).
- Support communications (messages you send to our team).
- If you visit our website we may also use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics.
How we use information
- Deliver announcements, reminders, and vendor discussions.
- Verify and manage vendor accounts, including handling account requests and approvals.
- Provide support (email, phone, in‑app requests, or the flag/report buttons).
- Maintain security, prevent spam/abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- Perform analytics so we know which content is useful and improve the service.
- Meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Sharing & retention
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers (e.g., Firebase/Google Cloud hosting, Apple/Google push services) or if required by law/safety, or as part of a business transaction (merger/acquisition). We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it unless law requires otherwise.
Your choices & rights
- Notifications: manage push notifications in your device settings.
- Account deletion: use Profile → Account → Delete Account or email us. We delete associated personal data unless we must retain some for legal reasons (records, security, accounting).
- Access, correction, deletion, or export: email info@marketstreetcreatives.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We’ll verify your identity before responding.
- Regional rights (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR/CPRA): you may have additional rights such as portability or the right to object/restrict processing—use the contact details above to exercise them.
You can also use the “Report” buttons on articles or comments to flag content or request assistance. Every report goes directly to our moderation queue.
Children, security, and transfers
Vendor Connect is intended for adult vendors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we’ll remove it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; no system is perfectly secure, so keep your credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Data is hosted on Firebase/Google Cloud servers in the United States, so it may be processed outside your country; we use appropriate safeguards and contracts when transferring data internationally.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. We’ll post changes here, update the effective date, and provide additional in‑app notice if the changes are material.
