Hello Vendors,

We want to start by thanking everyone who came out to our holiday party last week. It was truly an amazing night — a fantastic turnout, tons of great food, lots of laughs, and even better conversations. Moments like that remind us why this community is so special.

I’m currently working on putting together our year-end numbers and hope to share the full breakdown with you within the next week or so. In the meantime, there are a couple of numbers we couldn’t wait to share because they’re worth celebrating:

$418,024
That’s the total sales from November 1 through December 31, 2025. And because MSC does not take a commission, 100% of that went directly to you – our vendors. Congratulations on an incredible two-month holiday shopping season!

We’d also like to give a special shout-out to Erik and Maggie Shaffer of Rust Road Candle Company for being the Top Seller for December – amazing work!

A Special Thank-You Gift for Our Vendors

As we looked back on the last six months since opening, Rob, Michelle, Lynn, and I wanted to find a meaningful way to thank all of you for your support, trust, and belief in what we’re building here. We wanted it to be more than a gift — something fun, memorable, and a glimpse into one of the exciting initiatives we’ve been working on behind the scenes.

So please block off your calendar for February 27th.

We’ve arranged a private train excursion just for MSC vendors with the Naugatuck Railroad. The train will depart directly from Market Street Creatives at the new Market Street Station, travel through the countryside to the Thomaston Station & Museum, where we’ll disembark to explore before heading back to MSC.

There will be hors d’oeuvres and drinks on the train, and the entire experience will be approximately 2½ hours round-trip. We’re incredibly excited to share this with you.

I’ll be sending out a follow-up post in the coming days with the exact timing and passenger capacity so you can plan accordingly.

What This Means Going Forward

This partnership with the railroad is something we’re especially excited about because it will bring significant new traffic to Market Street Creatives throughout the year. We’re already planning themed train events, starting with two St. Patrick’s Day train rides on March 13th and 14th, both of which will feature dinner and live music in our new Warehouse Venue.

There is so much happening in the days, weeks, and months ahead as we move through 2026, and we couldn’t be more excited — or more grateful — to continue this journey with each and every one of you.

Thank you, truly, from the bottom of our hearts.

Erick, Michelle, Rob & Lynn
