We’ve been spending a lot of time thinking about how we can continue to bring more people through the doors of Market Street Creatives and create new opportunities for all of our vendors.

One idea we’ve been developing is an indoor marketplace event in The Warehouse on select weekends. We know this concept raised some concerns when it was first introduced, and we truly appreciate everyone who shared their feedback.

Before we get into the details, we want to start with what matters most:

Everything we build, test, and introduce at Market Street Creatives is done with one goal —
to bring you more traffic, more exposure, and more opportunity to grow your business.

We understand that new ideas can bring questions or concerns — and that’s completely fair. All we ask is that you give this a chance.

Let us prove it works.

After the first event, we will absolutely listen, adjust, and improve based on your feedback. We would much rather refine something together as a community than hold back opportunities based on concerns that may never happen.

Why This Benefits You

This event is designed to bring in new customers — people who may not have otherwise visited Market Street Creatives.

Many shoppers who enjoy marketplace-style events may not yet know about MSC. This gives us the opportunity to introduce them to your products, your space, and your brand — with the goal of turning them into repeat customers.

FAQ

How will people get to the event?
All visitors will enter through the main MSC entrance and walk through Rooms 1 and 2 before reaching the warehouse.
We like to call this the “IKEA Method” — guiding customers through the space to maximize exposure.

How do I take advantage of this traffic?
Make your space stand out. This is your opportunity to grab attention — displays, promotions, experiences — anything that makes people stop.

What about competition?
Every vendor must apply and be approved. This allows us to carefully curate the event and prevent direct competition with existing MSC vendors.

Is this just a money grab?
No. Our focus is — and always will be — to bring more shoppers into MSC and help our vendors grow.
Yes, the warehouse will generate revenue through events, but the primary purpose is traffic and exposure for you.
