We were finally issued our liquor permit today. Rob and I went to a supplier and picked up our Beer Cooler/Tap, which will be installed tomorrow.
We will be offering two beers on tap from Norbrook Brewery in Norfolk, CT, as well as two additional beers in cans. We are also meeting with a distributor to get wine and other spirits. We are not planning a full bar, but we would like to carry two reds and a white wine, as well as some elemental spirits to make a couple of specialty drinks each month. We will also offer Irish Cream for coffee. We plan to start serving this Friday and through the weekend, so please come and join us for a drink!
