MSC Will Help You Promote Your Class
We are making classes and workshops a much bigger priority and will be promoting them more aggressively using every resource available to us.
Your class may be featured through:
• A weekly social media post published every Monday morning highlighting the upcoming events at MSC
• The event schedule is displayed on a television in the lobby for customers to see as they enter the building
• A new monthly events newsletter sent to our mailing list of more than 6,000 people
• Our events website, where customers can learn more, register, and purchase tickets
• Additional social media and in-store promotion whenever possible
Our goal is to create a consistent weekly events schedule that customers begin to recognize, anticipate, and actively look for.
Use Our New Classroom at No Charge
As an active business owner at Market Street Creatives, we want to support you as you grow your business.
Vendors will not be charged a rental fee when their class or workshop is held in the new classroom located in Room 2 of the Creator Space.
This classroom was designed to replace the original Turner Café classroom and will include:
• Seating for up to 24 participants
• A digital whiteboard and television
• Full heating and air conditioning
• A comfortable, dedicated space for classes, workshops, and demonstrations
You may use this classroom free of charge for your approved vendor classes and workshops.
We Will Handle Ticket Sales
Your event will be listed on the MSC events website, and customers will be able to purchase their tickets online in advance.
The only cost is $2.50 per ticket sold, which helps cover payment processing fees and room-related expenses. You keep the remaining ticket revenue.
MSC will manage ticket payments, so you do not have to collect money, track registrations, or follow up with attendees. You will receive a check on the day of your event based on the tickets sold.
Requiring advance payment also helps participants commit to attending and reduces the likelihood of last-minute cancellations.
You may also choose to make your event non-refundable. This means that if someone cancels at the last minute, you would still receive payment for their ticket. The refund policy is entirely up to you and can be determined when your event is created.
Give Us Time to Help You Succeed
The more time we have to promote your class, the better opportunity we have to help you fill the seats.
Whenever possible, please submit your class or workshop at least four weeks in advance so we have enough time to create the event listing and promote it effectively.
