Our Market Street Creatives Fall Festival is Saturday, October 10th along with Spooktacular At The Warehouse, and we’re planning a full day of activities designed to bring families into the building, get them exploring, and give them plenty of reasons to shop!
We have a LOT happening that day, including a face painter, food truck serving breakfast, lunch and specialty coffees, outdoor businesses throughout the property, a petting zoo with baby cows and goats, our Golden Pumpkin Hunt, a fall photo area, and activities throughout MSC and The Warehouse.
There are also some great special activities happening during the festival. Marsha’s Barefoot Books Book Fair will be in Turner Cafe from 10 AM–4 PM, including a children’s Story Walk and free fall craft. Our Spooktacular Charcuterie Class will be happening in The Classroom from 1–3 PM.
And don’t forget — Spooktacular Marketplace will also be happening in The Warehouse from 12–7 PM, bringing even more people to the property!
WE COULD USE YOUR HELP!
We want this to be a great day for everyone, and there are several ways you can get involved.
We are still looking for prize donations for the Golden Pumpkin Hunt. We want to have as many winners as possible! If you donate something, attach your business card to your prize so the winner knows exactly which MSC business provided it. Donations can be left on the table in the Paint Room.
We also need volunteers throughout the day to help direct traffic, guide customers to activities and The Warehouse, help with the Golden Pumpkin Hunt and prizes, and help us set up the fall photo area the night before. We’ll be posting a volunteer sign-up in the Vendor Hub with available time slots. Even an hour or two of your time can make a big difference!
We’re also looking for pumpkins and hay bales to help decorate. If you know a farm, business, friend, family member, or anyone else who might be willing to donate some, please let us know.
GET YOUR SPACE READY!
This is a great opportunity to have some fun with your own space too! Add some fall decorations, bring in seasonal merchandise, create a special display, or consider running a sale or promotion for the day.
We’re working hard to bring people through the doors — once they’re here, let’s give them a reason to stop, explore and shop!
IMPORTANT PARKING REMINDER
We expect the property to be VERY busy, so we are asking all MSC business owners to park at the opposite end of the building and leave the closest and most convenient parking spaces available for our customers.
If you have multiple people coming in separate vehicles, please consider carpooling whenever possible.
Most importantly, come enjoy the day with us! Events like this are at their best when our MSC community gets involved. Help if you can, decorate your space, promote the festival on your social media, meet some new customers, support your neighbors, and have some fun.
