As part of our ongoing effort to provide more value to our vendors and to show our appreciation for being part of the Market Street Creatives family, we are excited to launch our new Vendor Loyalty Program, now available inside the Vendor Connect app (iPhone and Android).
Over the next few weeks, we will be partnering with local businesses throughout the community to offer exclusive discounts just for our vendors.
How It Works
To access your loyalty card:
- Open the Vendor Connect app
- Tap the “Loyalty” button on the bottom menu (NOTE: If you do not see this button, read below)
Your personal loyalty card will appear — simply show it at participating businesses to receive your discount
You will also see a list of participating businesses within the app. By clicking on any business, you can view full details, including contact information, location, and their specific offer.

We are excited to welcome Kaylan’s Kitchen in Torrington as our first participating business, offering 10% off your order.
Want to Participate?
If you are a vendor and would like to offer a discount to other vendors, we would love to include you. Please comment below or email me at erick@marketstreetcreatives.com, and we will add you to the program.
Our Goal
This program is designed to support local businesses in our community while also providing meaningful savings to our vendors. The idea is to help offset some of your business costs, such as your space rental, simply by visiting businesses you would normally support.

NOTE: If you do not see the new Loyalty Button, you might need to refresh your app in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Some phones will auto-update the app, while others require you to go to your app store to check for updates and install them manually.
